How we work (the reservations process):

Simply e-mail us your requirements or fill out our Reservation Request Form below.
- The more details you can give us about what you are after (destination, dates, price range, standard of accommodation, number of people travelling, number of beds required, etc), the easier it us for us to find you the most suitable options and the quicker we can get back to you
- Please provide a contact phone number so we can call you if we need more information or if the request is urgent.
- We will either call or e-mail you with the best available options to suit your individual requirements.
- You then decide which hotel will suit you best and we make the booking for you. We will need to know:
- which hotel, which room type, which package/rate you would like to book
- approximately what time you will arrive at the hotel
- your preferences (non-smoking, high floor, views, etc)
The hotel will likely need a credit card to guarantee the booking. With most hotels * nothing is charged to the card before you arrive and you simply settle the account on check out as you would normally do.
- We will then send you a proper confirmation with all your reservation details. We recommend you print it out and take it with you to the hotel just in case.
* Some resorts, holiday apartments and cabins may require a deposit or pre-payment to secure the reservation.
